When Bob Kelso joined the GRF Board of Directors five years ago, he compiled a list of things he thought could be changed or improved in Rossmoor. He quickly discovered, however, that every suggestion came with a familiar reply. “It got to the point where people would say everything in Rossmoor has been tried once before,” the Board president said. “There are no new ideas in Rossmoor.”
