Walnut Creek police have been playing a cat and mouse game with a homeless woman reportedly living in a laundry room on Tice Creek Drive, Entry A. Police arrested Alla Isiyama, 41, for trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia on the morning of Dec. 17. She was taken to county jail. She gave no address. “This has been going on for two months,” said police Lt. Tom Cashion. The
