BurgerIM is finally opening at Rossmoor Town Center, next door to Starbucks. The restaurant, which was originally scheduled to open last summer, is now set to launch on Dec. 1. “They might do a soft opening a couple of days before the grand opening,” said Terrence Tallen of Tallen Capital Partners, LLC, which purchased the shopping center in 2012 and began a major renovation in 2016.
