BUSINESS SERVICES ADS

Business Services ads run in 13 consecutive week increments. $8.50 per column inch for 2-inch to 8-inch ads and $8.25 for 9-inch to 15-inch ads. One copy change per month and three months paid in advance, except on established accounts.

COLOR

One color and black is $150 per standard PMS color. The cost for full-color is $350. Color charges are added to the cost of the ad.

PRE-PRINT INSERTS

Folded to our specifications, limited in weight and rigidity. Subject to prior approval. Contact Sales Representative for details.

NONPROFITS AND ROSSMOOR CLUBS

Call for rates.

POSITION

Position requests will be honored when possible, but are not guaranteed.

PUBLICATION DATE AND DEADLINES

Rossmoor News is published every Wednesday afternoon. Ad schedule and copy deadline is Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. the week before publication.

MECHANICAL REQUIREMENTS

Rossmoor News is an extended tabloid format. Full page tabloid: 5 columns by 16 inches (10-1/8 by 16 inches or 61 picas by 96 picas). Column width: 11-1/2 picas or 1-7/8 inches. Ads 15 inches or more in depth will be charged at 16 inches. The News uses an 85 line screen.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Errors: Liability for errors shall not exceed the cost of that portion of space occupied by such an error. Claims for adjustments must be made within 14 days of insertion. Credit allowable for first incorrect insertion only.

Charges: Alteration charge of $25 will be made when the ad is produced per customer request and customer makes major changes in composition. Text and photo changes that do not change the ad composition can be made once per week at no charge.  Advertisements set by our production staff, canceled and not re-scheduled within 30 days will be charged at a rate of $3 per column inch, minimum $20. Additional charges are made on photography.

CLASSIFIED RATES

$15 for 30 words or less (25 cents per extra word). A discounted rate of $12.50 per ad is available for ads that run four or more consecutive weeks. The non-resident rate for four weeks is $50.
