Spence, Ruvolo and Warren elected to RWC Board of Directors Ignazio “Nace” Ruvolo in District H, Nan Warren in District I and Sara Spence in District E have been elected to three-year terms on the RWC Board of Directors and were formally installed Monday during the Board’s annual Meeting of Members. In District H, Ruvolo had 272 votes, defeating Rober t Shiau, who tallied 166 votes.
