Slurry seal work scheduled for Sept. 8 to 11 Slurry seal work will begin on sections of Rossmoor’s main roads from Monday, Sept. 8 through Thursday, Sept. 11, weather permitting. Bond Blacktop will complete the work between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day. No street parking will be allowed in the affected areas during these hours.
