Susan Hildreth wins GRF election in District F Susan Hildreth won by a large margin last week and will become the GRF Board director for District F. Hildreth earned 312 votes to finish ahead of Cheryl Hines with 151 after tabulation of the election votes. Hines was the incumbent.
