How to get an access device or ID card Residents who need an access device or identification card can obtain one from the Public Safety office at Creekside. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. For an access tag, residents will need to bring their vehicle to the Public Safety office, along with a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and vehicle registration.
