McConnell wins Third Mutual election The Third Mutual Board of Directors held its Annual Meeting of the Members on June 13 in the Fireside Room. The results of the election for District 13 (projects 34, 38 and 64) were announced. Florence McConnell will be the district’s new director, receiving 57 votes to 27 for Les Birdsall.
