Outdoor pools reopen today The outdoor Hillside and Dollar pools are set to reopen on Wednesday, March 1. Both pools are open 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. except on cleaning days. Hillside is cleaned on Tuesday and Dollar on Wednesday, with the pools open on those days starting at 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. No lifeguard will be on duty Tuesdays at Hillside and Wednesdays at Dollar. Both pools have been closed
