Several regional water agency officials on hand for an Oct. 26 town hall meeting were adamant that recycled water will likely play a big role in an increasingly drought-plagued Central Costa County. That those officials said regional cooperation will be key to getting any of various prospective project to bring steady supplies of recycled water to Rossmoor and the Lamorinda cities through the pipeline, so to speak, was what Leanne Hamaji wanted to hear concerning Rossmoor’s quest for more water.
