Membership Transfer Fee set to increase to $12,000 on Sept. 1 The Membership Transfer Fee, paid by new residents buying a residence in Rossmoor, will increase to $12,000 on Sept. 1. In April, the GRF Board unanimously voted to raise the MTF from $10,000 to $12,000. That fee also will rise by a minimum of $500 annually starting in 2023.
