GRF President Bob Kelso resumes his monthly Q&As GRF President Bob Kelso will continue his townhall Q& A sessions on the first Thursday of every month. The next monthly Q& A session will be held Thursday, Feb. 4 at 2 p.m. Kelso will answer residents’ questions live on the video conference website Zoom.
