Dennis Bell ready for new challenges after 43 years spent in public safety After nearly 12 years as Rossmoor’s public safety manager, Dennis Bell has decided it’s time to move on to new challenges, spend more time with family and pursue his hobbies. He had already spent 31 years with Walnut Creek police, the last years as a captain, when he retired from that career and then was offered
