The GRF Planning Committee is considering the idea of a system of pathways that would circle the golf courses and carry a ballpark cost of up to $3 million. But, before going past the concept stage, a majority of the four-member committee wants the blessing of the full GRF Board. “I don’t think it should go to the Board until we have a better handle on it,” committee member Ken Anderson
