County to fine violators of health order
Failing to wear a mask in public and not practicing social distancing could cost residents and businesses in Contra Costa County.
Last week, the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors passed an urgency ordinance establishing fines for those who violate health orders designed to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
