In compliance with Article VII Section 10 of the bylaws of the Golden Rain Foundation, the following information is provided for the CEO and the four highest paid employees during the preceding fiscal year. For fiscal year 2019 the CEO’s annual salary was $263,861.76, paid in bi-monthly increments through December, and was awarded 10 days additional paid vacation for a value of $10,148.53.
