Resident Ian Moss reports that his seven-month-old puppy Samantha was diagnosed last Thursday with the highly contagious kennel cough. Moss wants to give dog owners a heads-up because Samantha – and another dog he knows of that was diagnosed with the illness – are frequent visitors to Rossmoor’s dog park. “Everyone needs to be made aware of this,” said Moss, who advises that all
