On Veteran’s Day – Monday, Nov. 11 – Rossmoor buses will run on a weekend Dial-A-Bus schedule. For Dial-A-Bus rides, residents should call 925988-7676 at least one hour before the requested time. Phones are open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and bus service runs from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Trips to the Walnut Creek downtown area are at 9:30 and 11:30 a.m. and 1:30, 3:30, 5, 7 and 8:20 p.m.
