Washington Post technology columnist Geoffrey Fowler returns to speak to the Rossmoor Computer Club on Thursday, Aug. 29, at 7 p.m., in the Event Center. His topic is “Stop Calling Me!!” He’ll talk about robocalls – “the No. 1 technology nuisance,” in his opinion. Those annoyances are also the No. 1 complaint fielded by the Federal Communications Commission.
